E-Mail

The bookstore will use the e-mail address you use to access your Spider Shop account as the primary form of communication for your web order confirmation and any issues that may arise. Therefore, after you submit your web order, please check your e-mail inbox periodically for any communication from the bookstore.

Cotton Content

Even if pre-shrunk, tee shirts and sweatshirts high in cotton can shrink a little after a few washes.

The 95 percent cotton/5 percent polyester heavyweight hooded sweatshirts and crewnecks are cut extremely large. It is best to order one size larger in anticipation of the shrinkage after three or four washes. Also, the 85 percent cotton/15 percent polyester crewnecks will shrink a little in the wash.

For material with less cotton content, the actual size usually can be ordered as less shrinkage will occur after a few washes. These items contain 80 percent cotton or less.

Shorts

Jogging and soccer shorts usually have an inseam anywhere from 3" to 4". Basketball shorts usually have a 9" inseam.

Color Shock Decals

A Color Shock decal can be applied to clear or tinted windows and car bumpers. The plastic background of the Color Shock decal becomes transparent and only the image appears on the surface.

Gift Cards

A gift card purchased online will be mailed in an envelope via U.S. Mail. The billing party will only be responsible for the gift card amount, and postage will be waived.

Standard shipping costs will apply to books and/or general merchandise purchased along with gift cards, or purchases of multiple gift cards per web order.

Gift cards are only redeemable at the bookstore and can not be used toward web purchases. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and can not be replaced if lost or stolen.
